 About me

I am a Master's student at the Depart of Computer Science and Engineering, University of South Florida. My research interests are in the field of Computer Networks, specifically in energy efficient network protocols. My advisor(professor) is Dr. Ken Christensen, professor and director of undergraduate program at University of South Florida.

I received my Bachelors of Computer Science degree from University of South Florida in 2015, and I worked as a Software Developer Intern in Syniverse (2013 - 2014) and CAE (Spring, 2015). I currently work for Ericsson as a Virtual Platform Engineering Intern.

For the global ICT infrastructure, energy-efficient technologies are becoming more and more important; however, most of energy saving topics are focused on data center energy usage and hardware aspects. As data transmission energy cost gets more expensive, it may be beneficial to use P2P networking on mobile devices for tasks such application updating and data sharing. My goal is to develope a P2P network protocol for applications updating and data sharing on mobile devices.
